Real Estate Operating Companies and REITs - Debt or equity recapitalizations of distressed real estate operating companies and REITs, with deals structured to avoid  complexities of 100% takeovers 

Bank Non-performing Loan Portfolios - Acquisitions of non-complex commercial bank NPL portfolios, in senior secured positions, with quality underlying real estate 

Distressed Single Assets - Acquisitions of, typically, Grade A office buildings, in prime locations from troubled private equity funds or distressed corporates
